The special cases are hermetically sealable, waterproof, shockproof and thus protect your sensitive equipment from all conceivable external influences. INTERIOR EQUIPMENT: ✓ cube foam The bottom of the case is equipped with pre-cut cube foam, which allows you to quickly and easily adapt the foam to your equipment. There is a smooth foam base plate underneath the cube foam. Please refer to the specifications for the exact number of foam layers. ✓ Lid studded foam The case lid is equipped with corrugated nubbed foam . MODEL EXTRAS: ✓ Trolley function This model is equipped with an extendable handle with which you can convert the case into a practical trolley. ✓ Maintenance-free wheels This case is equipped with maintenance-free, ball-bearing castors. This allows you to transport even heavy equipment comfortably. ✓ Additional carrying handles The case comes with two additional side carrying handles for easy carrying and transportation of the case by two people. ✓ Holder for luggage/shipping label Transparent clip holder for attaching baggage tags at check-in. A special rubber sealing ring ensures that the cases are absolutely dust-tight and can withstand temporary submersion in water up to a maximum depth of 1 meter for a maximum of 30 minutes. The cases are buoyant (see specifications for buoyancy). SHOCKPROOF ✓ TEMPERATUREPROOF ✓ SÄUREBESTÄNDIG ✓ The shockßresistant EXPLORER cases are designed for the toughest use and are certified for temperatures from -33 to +90 °C . In addition, the unbreakable case surface is resistant to harmful chemicals. STABLE ✓ STAPLEFÄHIG ✓ The stability feet and stabilizers integrated into the case frame ensure high stability and stackability. They interlock when stacking the cases to prevent them from slipping. AUTOMATIC PRESSURE BALANCE VALVE ✓ This case has an integrated, automatic pressure equalization valve that automatically regulates pressure differences, for example during air travel or when shipping the case by air. In contrast to the manual pressure compensation valve, the valve is fixed and does not need to be turned to compensate for pressure changes. INDIVIDUALIZABLE ✓ All cases can be customized and adapted to your wishes; GARANTIE ✓ EXPLORER cases come with a limited lifetime warranty (does not apply in countries where this is not permitted by law). Wear parts such as rollers, rubber seals and fasteners are excluded from the warranty. OTHER FEATURES: ✓ The lid hinges are equipped with a corrosion-resistant metal pin to prevent corrosion. Press the case lid fully open to secure it against accidental closing using the special hinges. ✓ Additional fastening points in the lid for extra support of optional accessories such as EXPLORER lid inserts. For locking, the EXPLORER case is equipped with stainless steel-reinforced (abrasion protection) latches through which you can pass a padlock. A special EXPLORER combination lock is available as an option. ✓ Robust, strong folding latches with user-friendly opening mechanism. ✓ The rubberized folding handle ensures a secure grip and high carrying comfort. ✓ You can personalize your EXPLORER case with the removable PVC label panel . To remove the label, open the case and slide the plastic cover upwards. ✓ Inside with practical slots for easy installation of EXPLORER system frames (optionally available).
